In
an expansion move, RZO LLC relocated
from 110 West 57th St. and signed a
15-year lease for a new 12,250-square-foot
office at the Fisk Building, 250 West
57th St. The aggregate value of the
lease is in excess of $6.5 million,
according to Mark Lauzon of Cushman
& Wakefield. Occupancy is slated
for the end of the summer.
RZO
provides business management, accounting
and tour production services to leading
music industry figures. Its high-profile
clients include David Bowie, Mick Jagger,
Shakira, Sting and U2.
Constructed
in 1921 to house the offices of the
Fisk Tire & Rubber Co., the Fisk
Building is home to many of the city's
key players in the arts and entertainment
industry. Some of its prominent tenants
include Al Roker Productions; the American
Theatre Wing, the founder and co-presenter
of the Tony Awards; and Merchant Ivory
Productions.
Stephen
Sunderland, managing director of Optimal Spaces, Inc.
represent RZO. Lauzon represented the
landlord, Fisk Building Association.
