The World's Tower Building, located at 110 West 40th Street in Manhattan, NYC, was completed in 1914. It was designed by Edward West Browning and Buchman & Fox, and initially known as the World's Tower Building. This architecturally stunning office building was noted for its innovative design, where all four sides were equally detailed, avoiding the typical blank walls of high-rise buildings.

The building was constructed using ornamental terra cotta throughout its height, with windows made of gold bronze. It featured a marble and bronze lobby and was equipped with high-speed elevators. The structure was completed early in the spring of 1913 but was officially dated as 1914 in some records.

Historically, the building housed a diverse range of tenants, including the Motor Boat Publishing Company, the Erickson Self-Cleansing Filter Company, and the Zeta Psi Fraternity headquarters. It was also home to the National League on Urban Conditions Among Negroes, which played a significant role in social welfare efforts.

Today, the World's Tower Building remains a significant architectural landmark in the Garment District of Manhattan.
