  • Steve Sunderland acted as our real estate broker in relocation of this firm's 12,000 square feet of office space. While that may seem like a relatively easy task, given our requirements, it was anything but.
    After giving Mr. Sunderland a prospective location radius of onlny three blocks and a request for 75% of the offices to be windowed, he took us to numerous potential locations. Much to our surprise and delight, no visit was ever a waste of our time. Mr. Sunderland knew what he wanted and needed. He never showed us properties that would not work for the firm.
