Furniture Store Opening Up By Jessica Townsend

Amrik Furniture, a furnishing and fine rugs store, will move to 170 Amsterdam Ave. It leased 8,000 square feet on the ground floor and 10,000 square feet in the basement for a total of 18,000 square feet. It signed a lease through June 2006. Steve Sunderland of Optimal Spaces, Inc. represented Amrik. Christine Emery of Lansco Corp. represented the landlord.
