Construction began with foundation work in late 2023, progressing rapidly as the reinforced concrete superstructure rose above street level. The building features a façade combining floor-to-ceiling glass framed by an irregular grid of light gray brick, with a denser masonry presence on the lower levels that gives way to larger glass expanses on the upper stories. Multiple setbacks occur at the top of the podium and below the mechanical extension, adding architectural interest to the structure.

The development benefited from a $153 million construction loan secured from Northwestern Mutual in September 2023, enabling swift progress. By June 2024, the building topped out, with its distinctive gray brick and glass façade enclosing the tower fully to its midpoint. The overall design and construction reflect a modern architectural approach fitting the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side, contributing a significant new residential presence to the neighborhood.
