304 West 92nd Street, Manhattan, is a historic apartment building constructed in 1912-13 according to the designs of architect Gaetan Ajello. It is located within the Riverside Drive–West End Historic District and features a Neo-Renaissance style with a primary facade of limestone and white brick. The building stands eight stories tall and originally consisted of one-over-one wood sash windows, which have been replaced with aluminum sash windows. The metal cornice was painted green, and the entrance has been updated with plate glass doors, a brass surround, and brass lanterns. The building was developed by A C & H M Hall Realty Co., with the "H" visible in the cartouches on the facade referring to the owner.
