The Coliseum Theatre, located at 4261 Broadway in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1920 as a vaudeville house. It was designed by DeRosa & Piera and initially had a seating capacity of 3,500, making it the third-largest theater in the United States at the time.

In the early 1980s, the original marquee was removed, and the building was converted into three movie theaters.
