Die MRR Development sicherte sich ein Darlehen in Höhe von 113 Millionen Dollar, um das Hotel Indigo an der Lower East Side von Manhattan zu refinanzieren. Das Darlehen erfolgte über einen israelischen Anleihemarkt.

Wells Fargo, agierend als Treuhänder für gewerbliche Hypothekenanleiheninhaber, plant die Zwangsvollstreckung von Terzis Eigentum in der Spring Street 63, mit der Behauptung, dass Terzi seit April 2020 mit einem CMBS-Darlehen in Höhe von 18,5 Millionen Dollar in Verzug ist.
