1910年，建筑师G. W. Springsted受聘改建并提升马厩建筑，表明对物业维护和现代化的持续投资。尽管如此，女士购物区的衰落导致1915年Siegel商店和格林赫特公司破产。按现今价值估计约200万美元的马厩建筑被售予费城的William R. Warner & Co。
