The building has recently undergone an extensive renovation. Led by Aurora Capital and Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties, this redevelopment aims to modernize the property while preserving its historic charm. The renovation includes a top-to-bottom overhaul, highlighted by the addition of an 18th-floor penthouse with double-height ceilings and a mezzanine offering panoramic views, as well as a significant amenity space on the 15th floor.
