998 Fifth Avenue, a prominent Manhattan landmark, was designed by the esteemed architectural firm McKim, Mead & White and completed in 1912. It is considered the finest Italian Renaissance style apartment house in New York City and was designated as an individual landmark on February 19, 1974.
