The easternmost building, No. 513, was completed in 1921 as a 3-story factory designed by Abraham Ratner. It originally featured two large windows separated by a thin pier on the ground floor and uninterrupted horizontal window openings on the upper floors, topped by a brick parapet with a new glass penthouse addition.

The next building, No. 515, done in 1911 by Rouse & Goldstone, started as a 6-story factory and is now 7 stories tall. It includes three main bays with large rectangular windows and new metal framing, topped by a glass penthouse.

The tallest building in the complex, No. 521, was finished in 1914 by Harris H. Uris. Initially a 9-story factory, it now has 10 floors, with large rectangular windows and corbelled brick parapets, also topped with a glass penthouse.

No. 525, completed in 1905, was designed by Paul C. Hunter as a 4-story factory for the Harris H. Uris Iron Works. It features projecting, angled bay windows and a brick parapet.
