3 Times Square, also known as the Thomson Reuters Building, is a 30-story skyscraper located in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It is situated on Seventh Avenue between 42nd and 43rd Street.

The building was designed by Fox & Fowle and developed by Rudin Management for the news-media company Reuters. Construction began in 1998 and was completed in 2001. Reuters occupied the majority of the space.

The building measures 555 feet (169 m) to its roof and 659 feet (201 m) to the top of its spire. It contains 855,000 square feet (79,400 m^2) of floor space, with the lowest three stories dedicated to retail and an entrance to the Times Square subway station.

Originally, the site was part of a larger redevelopment plan proposed by the Empire State Development Corporation in the 1980s. However, after several delays and changes in ownership, the current building was developed by Rudin Management and Reuters.

The New York City Economic Development Corporation owns the site, while Rudin and Reuters have a long-term leasehold on the building.

3 Times Square, also known as the Thomson Reuters Building, is located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is situated on 7th Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets in the Theatre District - Times Square area.
