Buildings for Sale:
- RXR is ready to sell 230 Park Avenue, the Helmsley Building, for $670 million. The $481-per-square-foot asking price exceeds the property's debt level.
- SL Green has agreed to sell 10 East 53rd Street to Meadow Partners for $312 million. The 37-story, 390,000-square-foot building is about 90% occupied, or $800 per SF.
- Brookfield is selling the 30-story, 156-unit rental tower at 15 Cliff Street, asking $105 million. The 154,000-square-foot building.
- The $290 million CMBS loan for the Standard Oil Building at 26 Broadway was transferred to special servicing.
