The structure includes a six-story base that wraps around the corner of 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue, an outwardly sloped glass-clad section, and a 40-story spine. This design preserves sight lines along 42nd Street and contributes to the area's vibrant atmosphere with large-scale LED displays.

11 Times Square was the first building in New York City to be constructed using the core-first system, where the concrete core is built above the steel frame. This innovative approach allowed the project to be completed on time and under budget without compromising safety.

The building has achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental sustainability. It offers extensive retail space and dramatic office spaces with unobstructed views, thanks to the absence of corner columns.
