1010 Park Avenue, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a historic site with a rich architectural and religious history. The original building was designed by the firm Cram, Goodhue & Ferguson in 1911 for the South Dutch Reformed Church. The new building, completed in 2019, incorporates community facility space for the church and residential apartments, blending with the historic neighborhood architecture.
