The Cunard Building, located at 25 Broadway in Manhattan, New York City, was built between 1920 and 1921 by the Twenty-five Broadway Corporation, an affiliate of the Cunard Steamship Line Ltd.

Designed by Benjamin Wistar Morris in partnership with Carrère & Hastings, the building is a notable example of Italian Renaissance architecture. Its facade and principal first-floor interior spaces are designated New York City landmarks.

The site has a rich history dating back to the 17th century when it was home to Dutch colonial dwellings. In the mid-19th century, it became a hub for maritime trade and travel, with the Cunard Line maintaining a presence in the area since 1846.

The building features a grand ticket lobby inspired by ancient Roman baths and a smaller office lobby for tenants. It was constructed during a period of significant urban development in New York City.

Upon completion, the Cunard Building received critical acclaim for its design and was nearly fully leased to various tenants. The Cunard Line occupied the building until 1968, after which the Great Hall was used by different entities, including the United States Postal Service and Cipriani S.A.
