623 Fifth Avenue, formerly known as the Swiss Bank Tower, is a 36-story postmodern office building located in Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 1990, it was designed by Lee Harris Pomeroy Associates and Abramovitz Kingsland Schiff for Swiss Bank and Saks Fifth Avenue.
The building serves as an extension to the existing Saks Fifth Avenue department store, increasing its selling area by 30%.
