Steve Sunderland acted as our real estate broker in relocation of this firm's 12,000 square feet of office space. While that may seem like a relatively easy task, given our requirements, it was anything but.
After giving Mr. Sunderland a prospective location radius of onlny three blocks and a request for 75% of the offices to be windowed, he took us to numerous potential locations. Much to our surprise and delight, no visit was ever a waste of our time. Mr. Sunderland knew what he wanted and needed. He never showed us properties that would not work for the firm.
After several weeks of searching, our situation caused us to put our search on hold. It was a couple of years before we resumed. I'm happy to say that Mr. Sunderland picked up with the same enthusiasm he had previously shown.
Even after we had signed our new lease, Mr. Sunderland stayed in touch with us as well as our landlord to be sure that our work letter was adhered to.
