60 Wall Street, located in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, New York City, is a 55-story skyscraper completed in 1989. It was designed by Kevin Roche and John Dinkeloo of Roche-Dinkeloo. The building originally served as the headquarters for J.P. Morgan & Co. and later became the American headquarters of Deutsche Bank.

The site was initially planned for a 60-story tower by American International Group and Bank of New York in 1979, but these plans were abandoned in 1982. J.P. Morgan & Co. acquired the site and constructed the current building, which features a postmodern, Greek Revival, and neoclassical design.

60 Wall Street has a total floor area of 1.7 million square feet and stands 745 feet tall. The building's design includes a four-story base with columns resembling architectural arcades, while the upper stories are faced in glass and stone. It features an enclosed public atrium connecting the entrances at Wall and Pine Streets.

Deutsche Bank moved into the building in 2001 after the September 11 attacks damaged its nearby headquarters. The Paramount Group purchased the building in 2007, and GIC acquired a majority stake in 2017. Plans for renovation were announced in 2021 following Deutsche Bank's decision to vacate the premises.

RZO Advisory Group Testimonial

RZO Advisory Group testimonial To Whom It May Concern: Steve Sunderland acted as our real estate broker in relocation of this firm's 12,000 square feet of office space. While that may seem like a relatively easy task, given our requirements, it was anything but. After giving Mr. Sunderland a prospective location radius of onlny three blocks and a request for 75% of the offices to be windowed, he took us to numerous potential locations. Much to our surprise and delight, no visit was ever a waste of our time. Mr. Sunderland knew what he wanted and needed. He never showed us properties that would not work for the firm. After several weeks of searching, our situation caused us to put our search on hold. It was a couple of years before we resumed. I'm happy to say that Mr. Sunderland picked up with the same enthusiasm he had previously shown. Even after we had signed our new lease, Mr. Sunderland stayed in touch with us as well as our landlord to be sure that our work letter was adhered to. If you are looking for commercial space, I could not give Mr. Sunderland a higher recommendation. He was courteous and always professional throughout a long and sometimes difficult process. If you wish to contact me, please feel free to call at the number above. Sincerely, William Zysblat
