The Manufacturers Trust Company Building, located at 510 Fifth Avenue, is a landmark commercial building in Midtown Manhattan. Opened in 1954, it was the first bank building in the United States designed in the International Style.

Designed by Charles Evans Hughes III and Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the building features a glass facade, cantilevered floors, and a visible vault. The interior was designed by Eleanor H. Le Maire, with artwork by Harry Bertoia.

The building was commissioned by Manufacturers Trust in 1944, but due to wartime restrictions and tenant disputes, the original plan was canceled and redesigned. It became a popular tourist attraction and a symbol of modern bank architecture.

Manufacturers Trust merged with Central Hanover Bank & Trust in 1961, forming Manufacturers Hanover Corporation. The building remained a key branch until later mergers with Chemical Bank and Chase Bank. In 2000, Chase sold the building to Tahl-Propp Equities, and it was later purchased by Vornado Realty Trust in 2010.

The building's exterior was landmarked in 1997, and its interior in 2011. SOM renovated the building in 2012 for commercial use, preserving key design elements.
