The Emmet Building is a historic 16-story building located at 95 Madison Avenue in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was designed by John Stewart Barney and Stockton B. Colt of the architectural firm Barney & Colt for Dr. Thomas Addis Emmet, a prominent gynecological surgeon.

The building was constructed between 1911 and 1912, replacing Dr. Emmet's own townhouse at 89 Madison, and four other properties at 91–95 Madison which he had acquired. Although the building's primary function was to serve commercial tenants in the area north of Madison Square Park, Dr. Emmet had a penthouse apartment that included custom-designed furnishings.

The neo-Renaissance building is adorned with terracotta Gothic Revival ornamentation. The exterior of the first two floors used limestone and were adorned with cast-iron ornamentation and green marble-clad pillars. The lower story exterior features Medieval figures, canopies, and gargoyles.

The Emmet Building was designated as a New York City landmark by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on March 6, 2018. It represents an era of change and development in the area north of Madison Square during the early 20th century.

Recently, the building was sold to Sunlight Development for $65 million with plans to convert it into a residential building.
