11 Times Square was the first building in New York City to be constructed using the core-first system, where the concrete core is built above the steel frame. This innovative approach allowed the project to be completed on time and under budget without compromising safety.

The building has achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental sustainability. It offers extensive retail space and dramatic office spaces with unobstructed views, thanks to the absence of corner columns.
