594 Broadway, formerly known as the Lyons Building, is a 12-story office building completed in 1898. It was originally designed by the architectural firm Buchman & Deisler as a department store. The building stands approximately 70 feet tall and is located mid-block on Broadway between West Houston and Prince Streets in the Soho neighborhood of Manhattan.

The building features a limestone facade on its Broadway frontage, with a distinctive architectural design including rusticated piers, segmental-arched windows, stone balconies with balustrades on the fourth floor, large fluted columns framing the upper windows, and a green copper roof cornice with paired brackets and modillions. The Crosby Street side presents a brown brick facade with rustications and metal pilasters on the lower floors.

In August 1973, 594 Broadway was included in the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District designated by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, ensuring the preservation of this landmark building.
