The exterior cornice was partially rebuilt due to deterioration. The project also included restoring the storefronts with new cast-iron pieces and repainting the facade in its original Richmond Gold color.

Today, the building serves as office space and a storefront showroom, contributing to SoHo's vibrant historic landscape.
