Questa transizione segna l’ultimo capitolo nella storia dell’edificio, in un contesto economico e di mercato sfidante per gli immobili da ufficio storici di Midtown.

Nel corso della sua vita, 29 West 35th Street ha subito numerosi interventi di ristrutturazione e modifiche, riflettendo i cambiamenti d’uso e le esigenze degli inquilini.
