Significato Storico
Sviluppata da Irving T. Bush della Bush Terminal Company di New York, questa meraviglia ingegneristica fu costruita su un lotto stretto di 50x90 piedi durante il primo boom dei grattacieli a Manhattan. La torre con struttura a telaio d’acciaio impiegava travi pesanti e controventi a ginocchio per raggiungere la stabilità senza controventature interne a croce, con la sua struttura eretta in soli quattro mesi.

- Piani Superiori: Finestre a tutto sesto doppia altezza con vetrate gotiche e lanterne in rame illuminate agli angoli
- Ingresso: Modernizzato con un design ispirato a gallerie d’arte a doppia altezza e pavimenti in granito, mantenendo le proporzioni spaziali originali

Originariamente costruito come Bush Terminal Exhibition Building e Buyers' Club, è passato attraverso proprietari tra cui Hamilton Trust Company e Metropolitan Life Insurance Company prima di essere acquisito da Vanke US nel 2015.
