该建筑的设计包括下层的三部分窗户和上层带黑色金属竖框的三联窗。立面有退台设计，形成中央塔楼效果，几何形状的石雕装饰点缀其中。建筑的一楼已现代化，采用平板玻璃和不锈钢店面。
